Special discounted prices lower than official hotel rates.
Free assistance for tourist visa application if you book a hotel through Reisebuero WELT Company.
Please notice that special prices given in the hotels description was available till 25th of May 2016 . After this date the prices may change, reservations will be made on request.
To make a reservation at the hotel for special rates you can use electronic booking form.
Conditions:
• After 24.05.2016 the Reisebuero WELT Company doesn’t guarantee availability of rooms and group prices.
• The mentioned hotels provide special rates for reservations made through Reisebuero WELT Company for Symposium participants and guests.
• Cancellation of the reservation without any penalties before 24.05.2016 till 11:00 (Moscow time).
• Penalty in case of non-arrival or late cancellation — 100% of the whole accommodation cost for each reserved room will be charged. The reservation will be cancelled.
• The changes of the departure date till 24.05.2016. Otherwise Reisebuero WELT company reserves the right to apply penalty in the amount of 100% of cancelled days cost.
• Payment for the whole period of your stay should be provided till 24.05.2016. Otherwise the reservation will be cancelled.
• We kindly remind you that it is necessary to make payment directly to Reisebuero WELT Company (not at the Hotel Reception).
